this recipe was invented on a whim by throwing what I had together for dinner. It was a hit! I did not measure anything so all weights are approximate. Adjust to your taste.

Ingredients For bacon cheeseburger bread

1loaf frozen bread dough, thawed & allowed to rise for 8 hours

1 1/2 lbground beef
-
1/2 lbbacon, chopped
-
1 mdonion, diced
-
1 lgtomato, diced
-
3 Tbspsalad cubed pickles
-
3 Tbspketchup
-
1 smcan tomato sauce
-
1 1/2 Tbspmild salsa

12 ozcheddar cheese, shredded

salt and pepper
How To Make bacon cheeseburger bread

1brown ground beef and bacon in large skillet.

2add remaining ingredients; hold 4 oz. cheese. cook through.

3in a greased baking dish add bread dough, slice down middle.

4fill with mixture and try to pinch edges together.

5bake for 15 minutes in a pre heated 350 degree oven.

6remove and add remaining cheese. return to oven for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.

7let sit for 5 minutes before slicing. enjoy!
