My sister-in-law gave me this recipe.I had never heard of strawberry bread.I made it and everyone loved it.

Ingredients For strawberry bread

  • 1 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    almond extract
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 c
    frozen or fresh strawberries cut up
  • 2
    eggs well beaten
  • 2/3 c
    vegetable oil

How To Make strawberry bread

  • 1
    Combine dry ingredients.

    Mix eggs and oil.Add vanilla and almond extracts and cut up strawberries.

    Add to dry ingredients until moistened.

    Pour into greased loaf pan lined with wax paper.Bake at 350degrees for 1 hour
