1 tsp

baking soda
1/2 tsp

salt
1 Tbsp

cinnamon
2 c

sugar

eggs, beaten
1 c

vegetable oil
20 pkg

frozen sliced strawberries, thawed and mashed
1 c

chopped pecans

How To Make strawberry bread

Sift together flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and sugar.

Add oils, eggs, and strawberries.

Stir well.

Add pecans and combine gently.

Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
