Another of my favorite party-time dips.

Ingredients For spinach dip

  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 4
    green onions, finely chopped
  • 1
    10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach; thaw and squeeze out excess water
  • 1/2 c
    finely chopped water chestnuts
  • 1 pkg
    onion soup mix

How To Make spinach dip

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients and refrigerate over night to let flavors blend. To serve; hollow out a round sourdough bread loaf. Fill with dip and use the inside pieces of the bread for dipping.
