2/3 csweetened dried cranberries

1/2 cbuttermilk

1 1/2 tspvanilla extract
How To Make cranberry buttermilk scones

1Stir together first 5 ingredients; cut in butter with a pastry blender. Stir in cranberries.

2Combine buttermilk, egg and vanilla; mix into flour mixture until just moistened.

3Drop dough in 10 tablespoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet. Bake at 375F for 15 minutes or until golden. Makes 10 scones.
