You can use all chocolate chips or an alternative of mashed banana, or you could adjust amounts and use both. This is a shared recipe, but I cannot remember where I printed it from. If its yours, please let me know so I can credit accordingly.

300 gplain flour

200 gsoft brown sugar

15 gbaking powder

100 gsunflower oil

2free range eggs

How To Make peanut butter and chocolate chip muffins

1Heat oven to 190c

2Sift flour, sugar, and baking powder into large bowl, stir in chocolate chips

3Mix Peanut butter peanut butter, milk, oil and eggs together.

4Divide the mixture between the 12 muffin cases (I found 2 Dessertspoons per case is about right).

5Bake for about 20 minutes, until risen, firm and golden. Remove from oven and cool.
