I love bed and breakfasts.. so cozy .. so home-y ... And always great breakfasts or warm offerings at the end of the day. This is a favorite from The Wedgwood Inn in New Hope, PA. Easy to make and easy to enjoy !!!

Ingredients For orange tea muffins

1-1/2 call-purpose flour

1/2 csugar
-
2 tspbaking powder
-
1/2 tspsalt

1/2 cbutter, melted
-
1/2 cfresh orange juice
-
2eggs
-
grated rind of 1 orange
-
1 cfresh or frozen raspberries (optional)

1/2 ccoconut (optional)
How To Make orange tea muffins

1Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Blend well.

2Melt butter. Remove from heat and stir in the orange juice, eggs, and orange rind. Beat

3Add the optional berries and/or coconut.

4Stir the liquid into the dry mixture and blend until just moistened. Spoon into well-greased muffin cups.

5Bake 375 for 15-20 minutes.
