    yellow cornmeal
  • 1 can
    14 oz cream of corn
  • 1 Tbsp
    oil
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 3/4 c
    milk
  • 3 Tbsp
    jalapenos [chopped w/juice from can]
  • 1/2
    onion lg.

    Prepare muffin pan. Grease with crisco.
