Ingredients For cream of chicken soup muffin tops

  • 2 c
    flour
  • 3 Tbsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 c
    white sugar
  • 1
    egg
  • 1/2 c
    2% milk
  • 3/4 c
    applesauce
  • 1/2 c
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c
    shredded chicken
  • 1/2 c
    grated carrots
  • 1 sm
    sweet onion chopped
  • 1/2 c
    chopped black olives
  • 1 tsp
    dried parsley

How To Make cream of chicken soup muffin tops

    Cook onions and carrots till tender and set aside.

    In one bowl mix flour, salt, sugar and baking powder.In another bowl, whisk egg and mix soup, milk, applesauce.

    Combine both bowls and add chicken, olives and parsley, onions and carrot and mix well.

    Use cooking spray (non butter kind)to prepare muffin tins or tops. I used (not sued, hehe) mini pans for the affect I wanted. Bake them at 400 for 20 minutes or till golden brown.
