- STREUSEL:

1/2 cbrown sugar

1/2 cflour
-
2 tspcinnamon

1/4 cbutter, softened
- BATTER:

2 call purpose flour

1/2 csugar

2 tspbaking powder
-
1 tspsalt

1 pkg{6 oz) craisins (sweetened dried cranberries)

1/2 cchopped walnuts
-
1egg
-
1/2 cmelted butter
-
1/2 cmilk
How To Make cranberry streusel muffins

1Preheat oven 350 degrees F and grease 12 cup muffin tin. Place streusel ingredients in a small bowl. Work butter into dry ingredients, using a pastry blender or fork, until butter is the size of small peas. Set aside. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a medium mixing bowl. Stir in dried cranberries and walnuts. Combine remaining ingredients in a seperate mixing bowl. Add to dry ingredients just until the dry ingredients are moist. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full with batter.

2Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from tins; cool on a wire rack. Makes 12 muffins.
