How To Make corn bread

1Sift first five ingredients into a bowl. Add two eggs, 1 1/2 cups of milk and 1/4 cup melted shortening.

2Beat only until smooth

3Bake in well greased pan for 20 to 25 minutes in a 425 F oven.
