all purpose flour
1 tsp

baking soda
1/2 tsp

salt
1/4 tsp

ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp

ground cloves

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients stirring until blended. Spoon mix into resealable plastic bag; remove air; and seal.

Directions: Combine Pancake Mix, 1 1/2 cu refrigerated eggnog, 1 egg and 1 tbsp vegetable oil and stir until moist. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto hot lightly greased griddle.
