Ingredients For eggnog cinnamon swirl bread
- CINNAMON SWIRL

1/4 csugar

1/4 ctoffee pieces (not chocolate covered)

1/4 cchopped pecans

3 Tbspbutter, melted

1 tspground cinnamon

1/2 tspground nutmeg

2 cflour

3/4 csugar

2 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspbaking soda

3/4 tspground cinnamon

1/2 tspsalt
-
1 cprepared eggnog
-
1/4 cvegetable oil
-
2eggs, lightly beaten

1 tspvanilla extract
How To Make eggnog cinnamon swirl bread

1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a small bowl, combine the cinnamon swirl ingredients and mix well. Set aside.

2In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.

3In a medium bowl, combine the egg nog, oil, eggs and vanilla. Beat with a fork to combine.

4Stir the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring until just smooth but don't overdo it.

5Pour half the batter into a greased loaf pan (8 x 4 x 2). Spoon half the cinnamon swirl mixture over the batter, and cut through with a knife to swirl.

6Top with the remaining batter. Spoon on the remaining swirl mixture, and swirl with a knife.

7Bake for 60-65 minutes or until whatever you stick in the middle comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes in the pan before removing to a wire rack.
