Ingredients For arabic honey glazed pistachio muffins

8 1/2 Tbspall-purpose flour

4 Tbspsugar

1/2 tspbaking powder

1/8 tspbaking soda

1 pinchsalt
-
1 tspground cardamom

3 Tbspbuttermilk
-
1beaten egg
-
1/2 tspvanilla extract
-
3 Tbspyogurt
-
3 Tbspcrushed pistachio nuts

honey, for glaze
How To Make arabic honey glazed pistachio muffins

1pre-heat oven to 350f.

2In a mixing bowl add flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, salt and cardamom and mix well.

3Add buttermilk, egg, vanilla, yogurt and mix well. Fold in pistachio's.

4Place 5 liners (regular/small) into a muffin pan and fill 3/4 full with batter. Bake 15-20 mins until lightly browned and toothpick comes out clean.

5Brush tops with honey.
