    Ground beef
  • 1 md
    green pepper (diced)
  • 1
    Onion (diced)
  • 1
    Stalk celery (diced)
  • 2 Tbsp
    Butter
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 6 oz
    box Chicken flavored stuffing mix
  • 2
    Eggs (lightly beaten)
  • 1/2 c
    Milk
  • 1 1/2 oz
    pkg McCormick Meat Loaf Seasoning Mix

How To Make beegee's best meatloaf

    In a skillet, add butter, green pepper, onion, and celery. Sauté until onion is “glossy”. In a large mixing bowl, add ground beef, brown sugar, eggs, milk, stuffing mix, and sautéed onion mixture.

    Mix well until blended. Add Seasoning Mix. Mix well again. Place in a 9x5 loaf baking dish. Shape meat mixture into a loaf.

    Bake in a 375 F oven 1 hour or until cooked through.
