Ingredients For spinich dip or for sandwiches

10-ounce package of frozen spinich
1 c

mayonnaise
1 c

cream cheese
1 c

fresh chopped onion
1/2 c

fresh chopped parsley
1 tsp

black pepper
salt ,lemon, garlic and tabasco sauce added to your taste.

How To Make spinich dip or for sandwiches

Cool spinich according to package, and drain very well, add to all other ingredients. NOTE:I ADD A CAN OF WATER CRESTNUTS CUT UP VERY FINE. THIS IS VERY OPTIONAL.
