Ingredients For spiced sweet potato hummus

4 cancooked chickpeas, drained & rinsed

2sweet potatoes (approx. 1#)

2 Tbsptahini

1/3 colive oil

2limes, juice of

1 Tbspsmoked paprika

3/4 tspminced garlic

1/2 tspground coriander
-
1/4 to 1 teaspoon salt, to taste
How To Make spiced sweet potato hummus

1Bake sweet potatoes at 400 degrees for 1 hr. let cool completely and discard skins and cut into chunks.

2Combine all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.

3Serve with Pita Chips and cut up vegtables
