Ingredients For guacamole dip

4ripe haas avocados
-
3 Tbspfreshly squeezed lemon juice (1 lemon)

4 dashhot pepper sauce

1 lgclove of garlic, diced

1 tspkosher salt
-
1 tspfreshly ground black pepper

1 mdtomato, seeded and small diced

1/2 cred onion, diced small
How To Make guacamole dip

1Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits and then scoop the flesh out of the shells into a large bowl. Immediately add the lemon juice, pepper sauce, onion, garlic, salt and pepper and toss well.

2Using a sharp knife, slice through the avocados in the bowl until they are finely diced. Add the tomatoes.

3Mix well and taste for salt and pepper.
