  block of frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed our really good ( i place it in my hand and with the other hand, just keep squeezing until dry)
• 1 oz

  cream cheese, softened
• 1 1/2 oz

  shredded pepper jack cheese
• 2

  green onions, sliced in half and chopped - green tops too
• 1/2 oz

  ranch dressing mix - or half a package
• 1/4 c

  real bacon bits
• 1/4 c

  sour cream
• 1/2 c

  good mayonnaise
• more

  bacon bits for garnish
• crackers

  or veggies for serving
