I have asparagus that comes up every year in my garden. This is one of my family's favorite ways to cook it. It can be made on the grill for a great tailgating recipe!

Ingredients For bacon wrapped asparagus

  • 12 stalk
    asparagus
  • 12 slice
    bacon
  • 2 tsp
    pepper

How To Make bacon wrapped asparagus

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.

    Cut off the tough ends of the asparagus and peel the thick ones. Wind a single strip of bacon around each stalk and place on a prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with pepper.

    Bake about 25 minutes until bacon is brown and crisp.
