i lov makin finger foods/appitzers and this is sooooooooo easy can use what ever u want as fillin yur taste buds make this recipe is great at x-mas parties give it a try.........

Ingredients For party peppers!!!

  • 1 lg
    each green,red,orange,yellow bell peppers
  • 1-1/2 c
    yur fav salads........... tuna,chickem,seafood,ham,egg,veggie,crab,beef,taco,pork,blt, whatever u like
  • 4-6 box
    different kinds of crackers...like bacon flavor,triscuts,butter crackers,whole wheat , whatever u like
  • several fresh spinach leaves to cover lg tray

How To Make party peppers!!!

  • 1
    pick what kinds of salads u want to make make the 4 pick what salad will go in what pepper line tray with spinach fill each pepper with salad put crackers on another tray

    place side by side on decorated party table enjoy.......... oh and the peppers are wonderful the next day chopped and added to tossed salad with the flavor from the salads in it
