I can't tell you how badly I hate fish. My idea of fish and chips is beer battered, tear off the tip and pour in the Malt Vinegar until full. Eat over Chips. This spread is really good. No kidding!

  • 4 oz
    cream cheese, room temp
  • 1/4 c
    sour cream
  • 2 tsp
    fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp
    minced dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp
    horseradish
  • 1/4 tsp
    sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    ground black pepper
  • 1/4 lb
    smoked salmon

How To Make kenmare smoked salmon spread

    1. Cream the cheese in an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment until just smooth.

    Add the sour cream, lemon juice, dill, horseradish, salt, and pepper, give the mixer 3 or 4 quick pulses.

    Chunk the salmon, pulse your mixer off and on until salmon breaks apart but you can still identify it.

    Chill and serve with County Clare Oatcakes.
