Ingredients For crab rounds

  • 2 lb
    american cheese, grated
  • 2 lb
    crab or imitation crab meat, chopped fine
  • mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper
  • 1
    loaf french bread

How To Make crab rounds

  • 1
    Combine cheese and crab. Add enough mayo to moisten. Add salt and pepper to taste. Spread on a small slice of french bread. Heat in the oven, about 350F till cheese is melted. Serve warm.
