Ingredients For deviled eggs

  • 6
    hard-cooked eggs (15 minutes)
  • 1/4 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp
    evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp
    prepared mustard
  • paprika

How To Make deviled eggs

  • 1
Slice eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks and set whites aside, on prepared plate or platter. Make sure you place a paper towel on the plate or your egg whites will slide around. Be gentle with them too, the whites can rip easily. In small bowl, mash yolks. Add mayonnaise, milk and mustard; mix well.
  • 2
Pipe or stuff into egg whites ( I just use a spoon). Sprinkle with paprika if desired. Refrigerate until serving.

**You can variate your eggs by adding some of your own ingredients, but be careful, you don't want to tamper with perfection. Some things you could add is pickle relish (just a small amount, it's pretty good), french onion soup mix (the dried kind, add about 2 teaspoons) or anything else you choose, cut up into small bits, chives, green onions, olives, its up to you.
