Ingredients For french fry the devil--deviled eggs

  • 12
    eggs
  • 6 slice
    bacon
  • 1 Tbsp
    red onion minced
  • 1/4 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 6-8
    green olives with pimentos chopped
  • 1/4 c
    sour cream
  • 1/2 c
    mayonaise
  • 1 tsp
    chicken seasoning salt
  • 1-2 pinch
    crused red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp
    shredded pepperjack cheese or parmesan cheese if desired
  • 1 tsp
    smoked paprika
  • 1/2 c
    french fried onions

How To Make french fry the devil--deviled eggs

    Place eggs in pan cover with water. Bring to boil. Boil 5 minutes Cover and remove from heat. let stand for 15 minutes. Meanwhile cook bacon strips until crisp. break into small pieces. When eggs are done, drain and cool with cold water. Peel shells from eggs. Cut eggs in half, remove yolks and place in separate bowl. Mash the eggs.

    Add chopped green olives, red onions and minced garlic, and pepperjack cheese or parmesan cheese if desired. Add the bacon bits. Mix into mashed eggs.

    Add sour cream, mayonnaise. Add chicken seasoning, red pepper flakes. Mix thouroughly into mashed eggs.

    Put French fried onions in food storage bag, close and roll a rolling pin over the onions to crush them but not too fine.

    Spoon yolk mixture into egg halves. Sprinkle with smoked paprika, and then sprinkle with French fried onions.
