Ingredients For cheesy venison toasts

1 lbground venison
-
1 lbhot and spicy sausage

1 lbvelveeta cheese, cubed

1loaf cocktail rye bread

olives (optional)
How To Make cheesy venison toasts

1In large skillet (5 qt. recommended), brown the venison and sausage, drain.

2Add cubed Velveeta to meat and cook on low heat until melted.

3Arrange cocktail rye slices on an ungreased baking sheet. Spoon about 2 Tbsp. of meat and cheese mixture onto each rye slice. Top with sliced olive (optional)

4Broil for about 5 minutes or until the rye is toasted and the mixture sets with a slight crust forming. Serve warm.
