How To Make lake sauce

  • 1
Prepare your chicken first either on a grill or in your oven until completely done in the middle. With your sausage you can cook it on the grill or in the oven also until it is hot and juicy. When done cut both chicken and sausage into bite size pieces.
  • 2
Take your bell pepper's and cut the top and bottom's off and clear out the inside and wash them. Then cut them into strips and put them into your dish. Then take your onion and cut into half strips and add half of the onion into your dish.
  • 3
Now add your chicken and sausage into the dish and put your bell peppers and onions in too. Empty both of the worcestershire bottles into the dish. Add your 1 can of beer (any kind will do.) Add the mustard, barbeque sauce, tobasco sauce, hot salsa and jalepeno juice. Then add your season all or salt and pepper and rib rub into the dish and stir until it's all finely mixed together.
  • 4
Preheat your grill or oven to 425 degree's. When heated cover your dish tightly with foil and put it into your oven for about 45 minutes or until the sauce is slightly thick and your bell peppers and onions are soft. Let sit for 10 minutes, serve and enjoy!
