These are Beautiful! And so tasty. Something really different from the normal party appetizer. They're really fun for a holiday party around Thanksgiving because of their unique shape, but fun and delicious anytime!

Ingredients For cornucopias

  • 1/2 c
    mayo
  • 1 Tbsp
    milk
  • 1/2 tsp
    (or more) prepared horseradish
  • 1
    large apple, coarsely chopped
  • 1
    med. size stalk celery, sliced (about 1/2 cup)
  • 10 oz
    can (or approx) mandrin orange segments, drained
  • 1/2 c
    walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    flaked coconut
  • 8 to 10
    slices boiled ham
  • fresh parsley

How To Make cornucopias

  • 1
    Mix mayo, milk and horseradish. Toss with remaining ingredients except ham and parsley. Spoon about 1/3 cup mixture, diagonally onto each ham slice. Roll each slice to form a cornucopia; fasten with wooden tooth pick. Chill for a couple hours to set up. Serve on a round platter over a bed of fresh parsley.
