Ingredients For cocktail meatballs

  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 sm
    onion, minced
  • dash garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 tsp
    mustard pickle relish
  • 1
    jar pickled onions
  • toothpicks

How To Make cocktail meatballs

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients except pickled onions. Form into balls. Fry in lightly greased pan, until done. Serve with 1 onion per meatball on toothpick. Makes about 26.
