We Southerns love our pimento cheese sammies!! I can't remember where I got this recipe but I like it very much. It can be used on crackers as well as a filling on celery sticks.

cream cheese
1/2 c

mix well (I run mine through a blender for a few minutes) and serve as a filling for sandwiches or appetizer on crackers/celery sticks I always like my pimento cheese sammies toasted but up to each one how you want it.
