garlic dip

Recipe by

This is such a simple dip. However, don't let the simplicity fool you! It's addicting! Everywhere I go, I bring this dip along. People can't stop eating it. It's easy to double or even triple if you have a large event. It's really an all "to taste" recipe. Serve with just about anything, chips, vegetables, crackers. (It’s even good on hot vegetables too and mixed with mashed potatos).

A couple of ways to reduce calories one could use Neufchâtel cheese or reduced fat cream cheese. Low or no fat yogurt works well in place of sour cream.
