Ingredients For cheesy crostini (weight watchers)

  • 8 slices diagonally cut french bread baguette, 1/2 inch thick slices
  • 2 garlic cloves, halved lengthwise
  • 1 large plum tomato, cut diagonally into 8 slices
  • 1/4 cup grated fresh parmesan cheese

How To Make cheesy crostini (weight watchers)

    Preheat oven to 450. Arrange baguette slices on baking sheet. Rub cut surface of garlic over both sides of bread. Put 1 tomato slice on each; sprinkle evenly with cheese. Bake at 450 for 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Makes 4 servings with a points value of 2 Weight Watchers
