I HAD THESE AT A GATHERING (CURIOUS CUISINERS) SMALLLUNCHEON GROUP AND MADE BY MORAG WEIR. THEY WERE DELICIOUS!

Ingredients For cheese squares

    cheddar cheese, shredded

    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    green enchilida sauce
  • 1 can
    chopped green chilies

How To Make cheese squares

    MIX ALL TOGETHER.

    BAKE FOR 30 -40 MINUTES, UNTIL EDGES ARE BROWN IN A 13 BY 9 INCH PAN.
