blue cheese dip

This is an old recipe but I do not know where it originated. Its among my hand written recipe from the 1980's. I love blue cheese so use this one often. If you prepare this in a blender, as I do, it will be very smooth. If you like it chunky use a mixer to blend.

Ingredients For blue cheese dip

  • 4 oz
    crumbled blue cheese, about 1 cup
  • 1 pkg
    (3 ounces), cream cheese softened
  • 2 Tbsp
    milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    mayonnaise
  • 1
    finely chopped green onion

How To Make blue cheese dip

  • 1
    Combine ingredients and mix with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Serve as a dip for vegetables or spread on crackers.
