Ingredients For aunt sue appleton's cheese ball

2 pkg8 oz cream cheese

1 canpineapple (you will use 8 oz but they do not sell them in 8 oz cans)

2 Tbspcelery seeds

2 Tbspminced white onions

1 Tbspseasoning salt

pecan pieces--enough to roll your ball in and completely cover it
How To Make aunt sue appleton's cheese ball

1Drain pineapple VERY well or it will not set up.

2Combine cream cheese, pineapple, onions, and celery seeds together and roll into a big ball.

3Roll ball in seasoning salt so the entire ball is covered.

4Next, roll the ball over the pecan pieces so that it is completely covered. Refrigerate and serve with crackers.
