Ingredients For crawfish bread

  • 1 lb
    crawfish tails
  • 1/2 stick
    butter
  • 1 sm
    onion
  • 6 stalk
    green onions
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced garlic
  • 1/2 c
    mayonaise
  • 1
    loaf of french bread

How To Make crawfish bread

  • 1
    melt butter in a pan and sauté chopped onion and chopped green onion. Add minced garlic and simmer until onions are wilted.

    Add your crawfish tails (shrimp can be substituted if desired). Simmer for 10 minutes until crawfish are cooked. Add mayonnaise and simmer another few minutes.

    Served hot over sliced French bread.
