  Set out all cheese to soften or use micro wave if in a hurry but easy on the time.

  Dice garlic,scallions

  In a large bowl add cheese scallions and garlic then mix by hand then shape in to a ball. Crush pecans on a plate and roll cheese ball to coat. Wrap in press &seal and refrigerate. Set out 10-15 minutes before serving.
