Alright, I took a break from the Burger series, and this is what I came up with.... Here it is... I was once again given a Challenge by Donna Graffagnino!!! And here it is... " Midnight Magic Thyme Chip Dip " Very easy to put together and really good, if I don't say so myself!!! Enjoy Everybody!!! Fireman Bob

Ingredients For fireman bob's midnight magic thyme cracker dip

  • 2 c
    turkey or chicken - cooked - chopped fine ( i used turkey )
  • 1 tsp
    extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 c
    butter - melted
  • 1 tsp
    course sea salt - or to taste
  • 1 tsp
    fresh cracked black pepper - or to taste
  • 1 tsp
    thyme, dried
  • 1 sm
    jalapeno pepper - chopped and dinced fine
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese - softened
  • 8 oz
    sour cream
  • 8 oz
    gorgonzola cheese - crumbled
  • 1 bunch
    fresh parsley - chopped

How To Make fireman bob's midnight magic thyme cracker dip

    Place the , butter, salt, black pepper, thyme, and jalapeno pepper in a large skillet on very low heat just to warm and mix. Let " warm " for 5 minutes, then add the chicken. Allow the Chicken mixture to warm through, then add the cream cheese, sour cream, and Gorgonzola cheese.

    Using the extra virgin olive oil, coat a casserole dish and place mixture in and cover with foil. Place in oven and cook for 45 minutes at 250 degrees. Sprinkle parseley on top

    Serve with Crackers, Chips, or spread on a Crusty Bread!
