My family loved this! Next time I will cut down on the cooking time because the pork chops were a bit tough. I didn't have dill, so used some powdered herb dip mix. Used cooking sherry instead of white wine...Mmmm! Last niight we used this recipe for chicken breasts - it's a new favorite.
