After rising, cut a cross mark in the top. Baste with an egg or egg white wash, and press sesame seeds carefully onto top of loaf before baking.
Made this again recently, and it turned out great. I changed the recipe a little this time - I used 2 tbsp cocoa powder and 3 tbsp molasses, and added 2 tablespoons caraway seeds. Great color and flavor!
