Even my cat Sissy approved!
so I decided to be a bit creative today and make the ding dong cake as a bundt and I wanted to tint the filling green for St. Patrick's Day.. no green coloring and no yellow to create green.. sooo we got blue! Tastes the same, just looks different..

soooo yummy looking. My biggest downfall is licking the spoon and bowl afterwards.
luscious filling.. no scrimping here! I can seriously eat the filling by itself!
