I agree but I like the vinegary taste. It's like most recipes "Good stuff in and good stuff out" except for cakes, of course!

I have tried it with the Deli cut Corned Beef, but it was too vinegary for me. Everyone has their own taste, likes and dislikes. As I have said many times this recipe is good as is, or make it your own, either way.........mmm mmm good.

I love corned beef from the deli and how easy is this for a quick meal! I loved he long version offered first but I think I will try this.
