We love this recipe!!! My husband & I are "empty nesting" and would not have been able to eat the whole pan full. So I made the whole recipe, but divided it into 2 smaller baking dishes. One for now and one for the freezer. I can't wait to try this recipe with other berries as well. Definately a keeper!

Sherry make it whenever you have time and put it in the freezer. Just take it out the day before stick it in the fridge and bake in the morning.
