This was my first attempt at this pie (ended up making two at the same time) - I accidentally put double the amount of butter in, so I made another. I baked it anyway.It wasn't as "custardy",more creamy,was delicious and the crust was better esp once cold

Gergia, thanks hon. It was delicious! I should have snapped a shot of the pie when it first came out of the oven and looked like a souffle! THAT was beautiful! And deceiving. It really looked different and made me believe it was done. Oh well, I'll know next time!
