Instead of frosting, decided to make it Pineapple UPSIDE DOWN cake. It's a hit I thought we would freeze one, but I'll bet it's all gone tomorrow. P.S. I only had a 14oz can of crushed pine so I added 6 ozs of pine juice from the rings of pineap + 1 egg
