This is francine's upsidedown apple pecan pie. It was awesome. Hers didn't have the crimped crust shoowing like mine...but it did make a good trough for the glaze syrup. lol
Thanks! Great recipe! This was my first time making it. I have since made a few small changes because there was too much liquid. I just use one less apple and more cinnamon. Yummm!
