Can't Believe It's Been Almost 4 Years Since I First Made This Pie. It Is So Simple To Make And So Delicious! This Time I Used A Frozen Deep Dish Pie Shell. I Didn't Pile The Strawberries Quite As High As I'm Taking It To Church Tomorrow.

I used Peggi's Flaky Pie Crust recipe to make the crust for this pie. 5/26/12

I Cooked The Water, Sugar And Corn Starch Mixture For About 4 Minutes After It Just Started To Boil. When It Was Thickened I Added The Strawberry Jello And Mixed It In Until It Was Well Incorporated. Strawberries Are Now Ready 2 Put In Pie Shell.

I Like Getting Things Together Before Starting To Bake. So I Put The 4 T Corn Starch In A Small Bowl, Measured The 1 1/2 Cups Water And Put The 1 1/2 Cups Of Sugar In The Saucepan. Ready To Go. 5/26/12
