There is. It depends on what you can tolerate. If dairy products do not bother you, then you can use them. I am not celiac, but I cannot tolerate milk. So I use almond milk. I can have cream and cheese. I also do better with the nut flours such as hazelnut flour and almond flour.(thought technically almond is not a nut) You need to find out what is good for you. Since I have been gluten-free, I have noticed that we are all different. I lean more towards a high protein diet for me. I hope this helps you!
