Put my whole chicken on a meat platter and then cut it up and put half of it on a meat platter and on the table. See that beautiful brown color. YUMMY!! The meat just fell off of the bone...so tender and flavorful!! 9/15/12
After 5 hours you can see that the little popper in the chicken popped up telling me the chicken was done. Well, I knew it was anyway because it was 5 hrs. See all the juices in the pan? Good for a soup broth. 9/15/12
