This Pumpkin Banana nut Bread/Cake, made a big impression on the neighbors, and especiall my husband. He really like the caramel Cream Cheese frosting, that I created especially for THIS cake. It really added flavor. You need to use a good quality caramel Ice Cream topping if you decide to make it, so that it is not too runny, and will not break down the frosting. It worked great in this recipe, and I will be making it again.
